I really fell in love with the pictures of this ring. Unfortunately, the ring that arrives is not really the same as in the picture. The blue topaz are nowhere near dark enough to qualify as having the Swiss color. The amethysts are also much lighter than represented. The stones are of good quality, though, and very sparkly. The blue and purple are still a beautiful combination and show up well against the obviously high quality - and heavy! - silver band. The ring has space enough, even in a size 6, that I was able to have it engraved, inside and out. I would not recommend this ring to anyone with long, narrow fingers or anyone who is not used to wearing a heavy ring that you can really feel, as it is quite thick all the way around - the back is tapered top to bottom, but the band is thickly made - and is a ring that is definitely "there".

The ring I received is beautiful and I have gotten many compliments on it. The amethyst and aquamarine stones are gorgeous. Love it.

This solid silver ring has a beautiful color scheme with the blue topaz and amethyst. It is comfortable on the hand as well.
