The first ring I purchased was returned due to sizing. Before returning to Amazon, I attempted an exchange with the manufacturer, but they wouldn't do it -- and it took them 4 days to reply to the e-mail. The replacement ring was equally nice and fit perfectly. Unfortunately, the stone popped out after having it on for just a short time. I returned the ring the next day and did not order a replacement. Their jewelry is beautiful but stick with non-gemstone pieces.
