I purchased this item for $20 and four days later it was on sale for $14. I contacted the company to see if I would be able to get the difference back. I was told that I would be responsbile for the shipping and returning fees/costs. What is the point of paying to return something and then reorder it in hopes that it will still be on sale? I understand that this is standard returning policy but I feel the company was very unsympathetic in this circumstance. I will no longer order anything from this company. Also, I still have yet to recieve my item and it was ordered seven days ago.

You can't tell from the photo, but the crystals on this pin are the kind that reflect rainbow colors. They are not clear. The quality is perfectly fine, just make sure that is the kind of jewel you want.
