This beautiful brooch is antique circa early 1900s. It is fashioned from 10k yellow gold and is set with a well carved shell cameo. The brooch measures 2 x 1 1/2 inches and it can be worn as a brooch or as a pendant. It has a hinged bail which can be turned under so you cannot see it when you wear it as a brooch. The clasp is stamped 10k and the brooch weighs 11.8 grams. This antique piece is in great condition.
