This 14K yellow gold antique cameo brooch, circa 1910-1930, has a beautiful filigree frame. It measures 1 1/2 inches in length, and 1 1/4 inches in width. There is a fold-down bale on the reverse to accommodate a chain or silk ribbon, so that the cameo may be worn as a pendant as well as a pin.
