I bought this as a today's special and it was a very pleasant surprise, despite the tangled chain. I think Amazon may need to rethink how they package pendants in those pouches, especially very fine chains like this one. It really is pretty for such an inexpensive piece of jewelry and I received a number of compliments in just a few wearings. It only gets 3 stars because a stone fell out after less than a week and it has to go back. I do like it enough to consider re-ordering to see if it was just an issue with this particular piece.
